Smoked Original Biltong Sliced 250g Biscuits air-dried the proper wayOur Biltong is made from well cared for grass fed Jersey cows we use a mixture of premium Topside and Silverside cuts. The meat is always hand cut before being spiced with our standard blend of spices. The sticks are then taken to our smoke house where they are smoked over smouldering oak wood chips. This process gives the Biltong a whole new flavour compared to our standard Biltong. The product is drier for less time making it a wetter product. This
